These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkrbat. By registering an account or using any part of the pkrbat platform — including cricket betting, live casino, slot games, Bingo Adventure, and Pool Rummy — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out on this page. This document governs the entire relationship between pkrbat and its registered users. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age. CNIC verification is mandatory. Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are accepted. Minimum deposit Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal Rs 1,000. KYC must be complete before first withdrawal.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the specific bonus offer. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn before wagering requirements are met. pkrbat reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through abuse.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of bots or automated software, arbitrage abuse, and any form of fraud will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds. pkrbat cooperates with law enforcement where fraud is detected.
pkrbat provides deposit limits, session limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Players are obligated to use these tools responsibly. pkrbat reserves the right to enforce limits on accounts showing signs of problem gaming behaviour.
pkrbat may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of pkrbat after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the pkrbat website located at pkrbat.site and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered by pkrbat ("the Platform"). By creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
Use of the pkrbat Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. pkrbat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the pkrbat Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated balances, including any winnings, may be forfeited at pkrbat's sole discretion.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if they change. pkrbat is not liable for any consequence arising from inaccurate information provided during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
The pkrbat Platform is operated under an international gaming licence and is made available to eligible users in Pakistan. Users located in jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited by local law are responsible for determining their own eligibility to use the Platform. pkrbat does not represent that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction outside of those where it is explicitly licensed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrbat Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pkrbat's support staff will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.
You must notify pkrbat immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, any security breach, or any loss or theft of your registered mobile device. pkrbat will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account before notification is received.
Your pkrbat Account is strictly personal. You must not allow any other individual — including family members, friends, or associates — to access or operate your Account. Joint, shared, or corporate accounts are not permitted on the pkrbat Platform.
pkrbat accepts deposits via the following payment channels in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):
The minimum deposit amount is Pakistani Rupees five hundred (Rs 500). pkrbat does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method limits set by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or the relevant bank may apply.
All deposits must be made in Pakistani Rupees. pkrbat does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion facility is offered, and no conversion fees are charged by pkrbat for PKR-denominated transactions.
By depositing funds, you represent and warrant that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or prohibited activity. pkrbat operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and may request evidence of source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.
Note: pkrbat does not charge deposit fees. Any fees incurred by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank payment processors are the responsibility of the payment service provider and are outside pkrbat's control.
Withdrawal of funds from a pkrbat Account requires completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This is a one-time process involving submission of a valid CNIC document. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held in pending status until verification is complete.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Pakistani Rupees one thousand (Rs 1,000). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability:
Processing times are indicative and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or as a result of payment processor delays outside pkrbat's control.
Funds originating from bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus portion being forfeited. Real Money Funds deposited by the User are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time (subject to KYC completion).
pkrbat reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal request for up to five (5) business days while conducting AML checks, identity verification, or investigation of suspected irregular activity. pkrbat will inform the User of any such delay via registered contact details.
Bonus offers are available to eligible registered pkrbat Users unless otherwise specified in the terms of a particular promotion. Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only and may only be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
All bonus funds — including deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, free spins winnings, and cashback amounts — are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual bonus offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount applies.
Different game categories contribute differently to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:
pkrbat actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, exploitation of errors or malfunctions, creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, and collusion with other players to abuse promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, pkrbat reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the Account.
Unclaimed or unactivated bonus offers expire after the period stated in the specific promotion. Bonus funds credited to a Wallet but not wagered within the stipulated time period will be forfeited automatically. pkrbat will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.
Each game, betting market, and sporting event available on the pkrbat Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game or betting market interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules will prevail in respect of that game or market.
Betting odds displayed on pkrbat are offered in good faith and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in the User's betting history, the odds are fixed. Payout of winnings is calculated based on the confirmed odds at the time the bet was placed.
In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or any error that materially affects the integrity of a game or betting market, pkrbat reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Wallets. pkrbat accepts no liability for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
Minimum and maximum stakes for each game, slot, or betting market are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. These limits may be adjusted by pkrbat at any time, including with respect to specific User accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
All bets, winnings, and transactions are settled exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrbat does not offer settlement in any other currency.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkrbat Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pkrbat content without express written permission. Unauthorised use of pkrbat's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
pkrbat collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pkrbat uses your personal data to verify your identity, process transactions, administer your Account, comply with regulatory and legal obligations, prevent fraud, and — where you have opted in — communicate promotional offers. pkrbat does not sell personal data to third parties. pkrbat reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls on any Account where it reasonably believes a User may be experiencing gambling-related harm, without requiring the User's consent.

pkrbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, Account closure may be accompanied by a report to relevant authorities and withholding of funds pending investigation.
You may close your pkrbat Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with these Terms. Closing an Account does not affect any obligations incurred prior to closure.
Upon closure of an Account, any remaining Real Money Funds in the Wallet will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and AML checks. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
An Account is classified as dormant if it has had no login activity or financial transactions for a period of twelve (12) consecutive calendar months. pkrbat will attempt to notify the registered User of dormant account status via their registered email address or mobile number prior to applying any dormancy fees.
pkrbat may charge a monthly dormant account administration fee of up to Rs 200 per month to any dormant Account with a positive Real Money balance, commencing from the thirteenth month of inactivity. This fee will never reduce a User's balance below zero. Users may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in at any time, at which point the dormancy fee ceases to apply.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pkrbat's international operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising between you and pkrbat in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through pkrbat's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting support at [email protected].
pkrbat will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and issue a final decision within thirty (30) days of receipt of all relevant information. If you are not satisfied with pkrbat's decision, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence pkrbat operates.
pkrbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a User — will be communicated via registered email address and/or a prominent notification displayed upon login, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter period is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Your continued use of the pkrbat Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms is always available at pkrbat.site/terms-conditions.
